With a projection of more than 750 employees within the company by 2025, we are excited to grow our Birmingham-based Network Operations Center. Housed at 2222 Arlington Avenue in Midtown Birmingham, we occupy the top floor—while holding the building’s signage rights. By having an operating base in Birmingham, our procedures will speed up, and our technology will be better suited to your home. 

It’s important to mention the accelerator program that Alabama Power held back in 2020. The Techstars Alabama EnergyTech Accelerator program laid the foundation for our strong relationship with Alabama Power. Because of this program, we have close connections with Southern Company (Alabama Power’s parent company) and Alabama Power’s Smart Neighborhood team. All these connections will continue to keep us on track with our mission and goals. 

This is where you come in. Getting to our goal of hiring over 750 people is going to take time, but it's incredibly important to us that we hire locally in order to add value to the Birmingham economy and, more importantly, the people who live in it.
