As a product specialist on Salesforce's Einstein AI team, Alexander Linn spent years helping companies figure out how to unlock their data with AI. He watched billion-dollar businesses get real-time intelligence about every corner of their operations. Homes had nothing. He founded Shipshape in 2020 around one insight: the service visit is a moment of trust. What if that moment became the beginning of something permanent?
