A Really important pump
This is genius, I got that sump pump because I had $40,000 of water damage. I care a lot about that pump, I want to know that it is working and am willing to do anything i can do to keep it in working condition and up until now I hadn’t heard from my contractor one time since its been installed.
Assurance That Everything is Running Smoothly
I like the product, the app, and the extra assurance that everything is running smoothly and operating as it should - especially since our dehumidifier and sump pump are in the basement, and we don't readily see what's happening down there on a daily basis.
Monitoring Makes Sense
Monitoring my project makes so much sense, it's like having a smart phone after having a flip phone... no one is going to want flip phones anymore...why would anyone spend so much money on a maintenance project and not want to know if it's working?

humidity monitoring saved thousands in medical bills
We were getting some strange readings from a dehu. Shipshape found the dehu had a manufacturers error code and had not been running. This is the type of issue that would have gone unknown until it began a huge problem. I'm not sure I could have figured this out on my own so I'm grateful to have these Home Assistants monitoring my systems for me. My low subscription cost probably saved me thousands in medical bills.
