The Home Health Assessment has a refreshed flow that saves your progress as you go, so you can start, step away, and finish later. When you're done, you get a clean PDF report and updated finish screens that make your score easy to read and share.
Documents and reports, ready when you need them
Download your Insurance Certificate, export a full service record, and save your Home Health report as a PDF. Your Monthly Report now shows the status of your maintenance tasks, and the Post-Install Report has refreshed content.
Alerts that know what matters
Alerts are now prioritized by severity and come with recommended actions, so you know what to do next, not just that something happened. A smarter anti-spam algorithm and clearer logic for persistent and recurring alerts mean fewer interruptions and better explanations when one does come through.
Maintenance made simpler
Maintenance Reminder 2.0 makes upkeep easier to stay on top of, including a new reminder for condensate pump drain line cleaning. This release also adds support for the Aeotec Water Sensor 8 for earlier leak detection.
